1) Additions of Name in Ration Card
2) Deletion of Name in Ration Card
3) Correction Of Name in Ration Card
4) Correction of Address in Ration Card

6 ) Duplicate Ration Card
in the state of Gujarat by using the official portal of www.digitalgujarat.gov.In whole ration card services now available on this portal as announced by the concerned authorities of Gujarat state.Above all Ration card sevices now available in Gram Panchayat.
Necessary documents of all services
1) Additions of Name in Ration Card
Application form.( Form No.3)
Original ration card.
additional members or persons name to be added/removed.
Proof of residence.
Local Certificate / Election Card / PAN / Aadhar Card
Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Leaving Certificate )

Portal “www.Digitalgujarat.gov.in”
• Create Your Own Id for all Online services
• Join with Mobile number and E-mail id
• Create Your own password
RATION CARD PROCEDURE
▪️Go to the nearest Mamlatdar’s office or City Mamlatdar’s office.
▪️ In Mamlatdar’s office, various branches such as e-Dhara branch, revenue branch, ATVT branch, supply branch, Disaster Branch, Election Branch etc.
▪️have to submit the form to the supply branch.
▪️Must apply with prescribed form.
Your APL ration card will then be converted to BPL ration card.
▪️Required along with prescribed application form
