In a significant step towards fostering grassroots participation and strengthening the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), a new initiative, the Sakriya Sadasyata Abhiyan, was launched recently. As a dedicated Karyakarta (party worker), I take immense pride in becoming the first active member to join this movement in the presence of our esteemed national president, Shri J.P. Nadda. This initiative aims to engage more individuals in our collective mission of making a Viksit Bharat, or a Developed India, by enhancing the active participation of party members.
The Sakriya Sadasyata Abhiyan is not just another program; it is a strategic effort to empower our Karyakartas at the grassroots level. By enabling them to take a more active role in the party, we are paving the way for a more vibrant political ecosystem where every voice counts and every member can contribute to the national narrative. What Does It Mean to Be an Active Member?
To become a Sakriya Sadasya, a Karyakarta must register 50 new members, either at a single booth or within a Vidhan Sabha (state assembly) seat. This requirement not only encourages Karyakartas to engage their communities actively but also instills a sense of responsibility and ownership. Once they achieve this milestone, these dedicated members will gain the opportunity to contest elections for positions within the Mandal Committee and higher levels of the party.
